How did I not post this sooner?

One of the best memories ever with Bailey and of course, he’s home now.

The turtle wasn’t massive, but still utterly majestic as she went about her business.

The boat crews must have some kind of system, because there were only two boats in the area and just a handful of snorkelers in the water.

She even said hello to me twice popping up right beside me both times.

It was such a magnificent experience.

7 nights is just not enough!

This is my favourite destination in the UK and in fact, this beach will always be number one on my list anywhere in the world.

I feel totally at peace in this little paradise. Solo van life means lazy lie-ins with a book or a film, followed by camp chores, changing the ice blocks twice a day and keeping things ticking along. Then it’s beach time! Swimming, bodyboarding, and pretending I’ll definitely get out of the water before I’m frozen solid, I never do. Thank the gods of surf and sand for dry robes and a woolly hat.
Jumping waves with old friends and catching up is always great for the sole.

Home, washing machine on and repacking for my next adventure !
