Hi Ladies,

We have been transparent with what is happening with our business, whether it’s good or bad news. Our production is in its most difficult time right now. We thought we can bounce back from this but we couldn’t. Because of this, our team decided to TEMPORARILY CLOSED our online store for the rest of 2022 to focus on improving our production and partner with additional shoemakers/suppliers to handle our order demand and be fair with you, our customers, to not wait 1 month just to get your orders.

We already issued a REFUND to all paid customers of Batch 39 and 40. Shipping the rest of Batch 36 and Batch 38 for this month.

Given this, we will be having a SALE this month for a few on hand items this week through our WEBSITE only.

Thank you all for your love and support. Don’t worry your fave online store for big and wide feet will be back. WE WILL SEE YOU AGAIN IN 2023!

Hi Ladies,

We are overwhelmed with the number of orders we received from the past weeks and we are truly grateful for that, especially to our shoemakers or sapateros. In every business, there are always challenges that we may encounter. Due to an unfortunate events, we are truly saddened to hear that our lead sapatero had a mild stroke. He was rushed into the hospital and thankfully was discharged now. We advised him to take a leave and rest until cleared to work again as he really wanted to get back to work right away. He is our lead sapatero, a great one and knows our designs so much.

Because of this incident, there will be 1 week delay (estimated) to all flats, heels and abaca shoes for Batches 33-36. We're very sorry for the delay of the remaining batches :( We don't want anything of this to happen. We will continue to update you thru SMS.

Our production area will slowly go back to normal but there will adjustments on our remaining sapateros in terms of crafting/finishing the shoes.

TEAM CESS decided to take a pause and will not accept orders for all FLATS, HEELS and ABACA shoes from August 18-31 to focus on the current orders. This is a big decision for us.

YOU CAN STILL ORDER all summer sandals, Evie Platforms and Alex couple sandals.
All invoices from August 8-17 will be part of Batch 36. All inquiries about sizing, colors, etc are still welcome.

Hoping we will be back on track on September 1
