✨ HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NI**LE & FIND THE RIGHT FL**GE INSERT ✨

Did you know that using the WRONG fl**ge size can cause:
❌ Pain while pumping
❌ Lower milk output
❌ Ni**le swelling or damage
❌ Discomfort every session

Getting the correct fl**ge insert makes pumping more comfortable and efficient 💛

🍼 HOW TO MEASURE YOUR NI**LE:

1️⃣ Measure ONLY the ni**le
➡️ Do not include the ar**la.

2️⃣ Measure after pumping or stimulation
➡️ Your ni**le size changes slightly.

3️⃣ Use a ni**le measuring tool or ruler in mm
➡️ Measure the diameter across the base of the ni**le.

4️⃣ Add 1–3mm to your measurement
➡️ This helps determine your ideal fl**ge insert size.

📌 Example:
• 13mm ni**le = 15mm insert
• 15mm ni**le = 17mm insert
• 17mm ni**le = 19mm insert

✨ Signs your fl**ge size is CORRECT:
✔️ Comfortable pumping
✔️ Minimal rubbing
✔️ Better milk flow
✔️ Ni**le moves freely in the tunnel

⚠️ Signs your fl**ge is TOO BIG:
• Too much ar**la pulled in
• Swelling
• Reduced suction

⚠️ Signs your fl**ge is TOO SMALL:
• Pain or pinching
• Ni**le rubbing sides
• Low milk output
