The following describes the terms and conditions on which Victoria’s Online Shoppe offers you our products and services. ON ORDERS
Once a buyer has finalized her list of purchases, she is required to fill out an Order Form. Once Victoria’s Online Shoppe receives the purchase order, confirmation will be sent via SMS. Only orders that are submitted via the Victoria’s Collectionne Order Form will be processed. ON RESERVATIONS
Items are marked ‘RESERVED’ once Victoria’s Collectionne confirms a purchase order. The buyer will then be given 3 days to settle her account. If the buyer is unable to make the payment within the 3 day grace period she forfeits her reservation. ON PAYMENTS
A buyer is expected to settle her payments within 3 days of confirmation. Payment methods are limited to Landbank,BDO,Western,RD,LBC and Mhuiller. Payment information (depending on the selected payment method) is sent along with the confirmation message. ON SHIPPING
Shipping costs are shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise. Once the buyer has settled her account, she informs Victoria’s Collectionne via SMS or E-mail. Only then are her orders brought to the courier for shipping. Victoria’s Collectionne ships through JRS Express and LBC. Tracking numbers are sent via SMS. Victoria’s Collectionne cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages to the package while in the hands of the courier. ON RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES
Every item goes through quality inspection before being shipped to the buyer. It is for this reason Victoria’s Collectionne upholds a strict NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy.
