One of the controversial shirts in Death metal history, the infamous 1991 Pungent Stench “Been Caught Buttering”. This shirt is from the “Tortour 91” tour probably happened somewhere in Europe. Commonly printed design, but what makes this shirt special is it features the photo of one real human head bisected and placed in a kissing position, made by the one and only Joel-peter Witkin, it also represents the album artwork of pungent stench’s second record entitled “Been caught buttering”. (1991)- one of their best records IMO!
