As the year winds down, we take this opportunity to thank you for walking with us through thick and thin. We eagerly look forward to working with more clients this year and more years beyond that.

This year, whenever we feel scared to jump, that is exactly when we will jump!

Otherwise, we end up staying in the same place our whole life. And that we cannot afford.

Excited for more jumps this 2022! 🦄

On our first meeting, it was apparent that she too, has a creative mind. She wanted a specific look for her gown and I also have a different vision for her. The creative difference between tasted a bit like awkwardness but felt like a delicious challenge for a designer! Loved it!

After days of deliberating if I'd just go on with my own vision or make the design that would please her, I ripped the design draft, and made a new bustier!

During her final fitting, I saw how delighted she was of how the final design turned out, which was in a sense, different from our individual choices. But it was then that I felt our visions connected and meshed into one beautiful piece of tangible art!

Cyd is two years my junior in the College of Arts and Sciences. We became friends when she joined our team for the cheerdance competition. She is an excellent dancer! Her mom, Ma'am Arlen was my professor in my Research subjects and also my thesis editor.

When Cyd started her wedding preparations, the mom urged her to visit me for her gown. And how can I say no to people I am friends with since college?!

Most brides-to-be would choose very opulent gowns -- textured, heavy on the bling, and glittered up to the high heavens.
Cyd just wants simple lines and classic embellishments.
Refined.
Elegant.
But never boring.
So I made her this.

Pearl accents are no longer just for your grandma's antique wedding gown.

To achieve a look that's a little less glitzy, a tad more classic, and utterly elegant just the same, look no further than a wedding dress with pearls. A slightly oversized bow is an added statement at the back.

A TALE OF THREE SISTERS

I did Marie's bridal gown gown in 2019. Before that, I did her older sister Nica's wedding gown in 2017.

I must admit, I tear up a bit when I saw Nica with her baby and Marie's baby at their eldest sister, Theresa's wedding.

I suddenly remembered how it was and how different it is now. Their eyes lit up too when they saw me, their smiles were too familiar. It felt just like yesterday. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for the Lord. And then I realized, it's still the same. I may now have a team and clients now come to me for fittings, but the desire to make beautiful gowns is still there. And the happiness I see in their and their families' faces and the absolute joy it gives me still remain.

These ladies, their family, and their will always be special. 😘

Tessa is the third of the three ladies getting married in their family. Her two sisters were also Quizora brides. She is such a delight to work with, mild-mannered, proper, no-fuss and just pleasant, not an ounce of bridezilla genes in her blood.

She lost several inches off her waist from her original measurements up to the final fitting day. After several fittings and edits we were able to create this look for her!

Thank God for pictures that don't really need too much explaining. Browse, enjoy and feel Theresa's happiness on her day. Happiness she absolutely deserves.

A long blouson sleeve á la the Renaissance is the epitome of romance especially when you go for a whispy tulle.

This was the starting point of the whole look. The bride wanted the sleeves, and I get to create the rest.

It is always a challenge designing clothes for people who are highly creative and are also my friends. Abs and Maybs are both doctors. They both seemed very artsy, but they were very quiet too during the first meeting.

I may not have shown it then but I really had a difficult time conceptualizing the gown. Like what I always say, your wedding gown should reflect who you are. She speaks softly yet you can feel her strength. She appreciates details, but I don't think she's a show-off. She's different, but there's something familiar about her.

I did the sketch and I presented the details. She loved the idea, and I was happy.

I have always been fascinated with ladies in law enforcement. They usually have a strong character and s***k which poses a unique creative challenge . Their gowns should be feminine yet strong.

Cloy is a fine lady -- loves dressing up, wears make up, and sports different hairstyles, you would not guess she is a police officer.

She visited in December of 2020 and asked me to make her wedding gown. She wanted a dress that feels timeless but still speaks of her personality. A gown that compliments her short hair and makes her feel exceptionally comfortable in her own skin on her big day.

To her delight, we made a modern, structured long-sleeved gown with deep V front and backlines. A voluminous A-line skirt gave a feminine contrast to the structured silhoutte.

The staff and I thank you for the unending trust. We miss the fun during fittings. We all love you and your beautiful gown! :-)

Cass wore a very flattering and feminine wedding gown—low scoop back, tulle skirt with a slit and of course, all the lovely beadings and embroidery. She definitely was a radiant bride!

Embellishment was kept to a minimum.
But perfect nonetheless. :-)
Cass is one of the most beautiful faces I have seen and definitely one of the most calm brides I have dealt.

Ace is a bride based overseas. I could not meet her in person to discuss the design and details of the gown, much less, fit her. She got married in Lake Tekapo, New Zealand and everything from the design, and the measurements were done online.

After we finalized the design, measurements, cost, and the working schedule, she never followed up to check on the progress. She only asked about it days before her friend picked up the gown.

Two months later, we were sent some photos of her wedding.
Not a single fitting done.
No alterations.
The gown fit her perfectly in all the right places!
As confident as we are, having followed her measurements, we couldn't help but feel relieved!

What made her truly memorable, even for the staff, was the amount of confidence she gave us! I cannot thank you enough for the trust you so willingly gave us. :-)
