We are seeking a talented Desktop Publisher with strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and with an excellent command of the English language. As a Desktop Publisher, you will be responsible for designing, formatting, and editing a variety of publications and marketing materials, both digital and print. You will work closely with the creative team and other departments to produce visually appealing and consistent materials that align with our brand identity and communication needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design and layout packaging, brochures, catalogues, advertisements, websites, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Edit images and illustrations for use in various publications.
• Ensure consistency in branding and design across all communication materials.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other stakeholders to align concepts and designs with objectives.
• Prepare files for print and ensure correct specifications for print and digital publications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with a well-developed sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in preparing files for print and a solid understanding of print processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Scope for New Employee: Logistic Officer

“Primary Responsibilities”

1. Order Management:
- Check and verify orders from China to Europe.
- Ensure all orders are accurately logged and tracked.

2. Order Follow-Up:
- Monitor the status of orders regularly.
- Follow up with suppliers and factories to confirm order details and timelines.

3. Communication:
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with factories in China.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping companies to coordinate logistics.

4. Tracking:
- Track the progress of orders from dispatch to delivery in Europe.
- Use tracking systems to monitor shipments and resolve any issues that arise.

5. Documentation:
- Ensure all shipping documents are correctly processed and filed.
- Handle import/export documentation as required.

6. Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers in Europe.
- Ensure timely and accurate transfer of goods from ports to final destinations.

7. Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve any logistical issues that occur during the shipping process.
- Implement contingency plans to manage delays or disruptions.

8. Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on order status, shipment progress, and any issues encountered.
- Provide updates to management on logistics performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tracking systems.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and documentation.
