My secret is out!
Sharing my Tokyo Coffee Journey....

Ganito lang naman ako kalusog before ako mag decide na mag take the Pcos friendly coffee which is yung Tokyo Coffee by Namiroseus. The first and second photo was taken July last year 2021 at lumubo ang ferson kasi nga nag stress-eating. Tamad na nga mag diet, tamad pang mag exercise. Not until I found out this coffee at ang ferson ay natuwa kasi nga Pcos friendly sya at sugar free which is very good sa may diabetes.

Nag start ako ng take nito December last year 2021. Yung third at fourth photo naman was taken last January 2022. (Ang payat ng ferson!) See the difference? Ang lala! (Yabang 😂 pero dun lang tayo sa truth 😝) 1 month lang timeframe pero yung effect, ay nako sez! Kaw na mag husga 😁 May dates yang pics ko ha, baka sabihin nyo edit.😝

Bukod sa slimming coffee to, meron din tong Collagen and Chia Seeds. Appetite suppressant pa to kaya di ka talaga mag crave crave dyan. Malaki ang matitipid ng ferson! 😁 Wag puro trabaho, mag self-love din tayo. 💟
