Super Typhoon Karding is expected to landfall through parts of central and northern Luzon with heavy rain and strong winds and may affect other areas in the Philippines tonight.
We ask the public to please stay vigilant, check the latest weather advisory in their respective areas through government social media accounts, and coordinate with their local disaster and risk reduction management offices for appropriate and responsive action.
