Akala ko dati, pag magaling ka, clients will line up.
Pero sa totoo lang?
Bago ka nila kunin, madalas i-ignore ka muna.

It’s like courtship.
First, they watch you from a distance. Stalk sa profile mo, tinitingnan kung legit ka ba.
Then, they ghost you for 2 weeks.
Then suddenly… boom, “Hi, are you available for a quick project?”

Ganun talaga. Freelancing is 50% skill, 50% tiis-ganda habang naghihintay ng reply.

You’ll question your worth.
Minsan maiisip mo, “Okay ba talaga ‘tong ginagawa ko?”
But the truth is, rejection (or silence) isn’t always about you.
Minsan timing lang. Budget. Priorities.
Pero kung hindi ka consistent, paano ka nila makikita sa tamang timing?

Here’s the thing:
They can’t hire you if they forget you exist.
So keep showing up. Keep posting. Keep pitching.
Even when no one replies. Especially when no one replies.

Because one day, the same client who ignored you will slide back in like nothing happened.
And when they do, be ready. Smile ka lang. Close the deal! 🩵
