For inquiries regarding our gown rentals, we would like to kindly inform everyone that our rental service is not conducted solely through online inquiries. though we may answer queries like available gowns in general like Color Motif, Themed Wear and Availability.

Our gown rental process is best done through a personal appointment or walk-in visit to our shop. This allows you to personally browse our available pieces, see the actual designs, fabrics, and fit, and choose the gown that works best for you.

Since our rental gowns come in varying and often adjusted sizes, photos alone may not accurately determine whether a particular piece will fit you comfortably. While we can provide photos of available gowns upon request, we cannot guarantee fit, sizing, or overall suitability based on pictures alone.

We highly encourage clients to visit us for a personal consultation and fitting to ensure the best possible rental experience.
