When we first started our laundry business, I honestly thought it would be simple. Just let the machine do the washing, then fold the clothes neatly after. That was it, or so I thought. I quickly realized how wrong I was. Laundry, especially in a highly competitive and almost saturated market, is far more technical than it looks. The way we wash clothes matters. The type of liquid detergent and fabric conditioner we use matters. The kind of plastic we use matters. The way we fold them matters. The way we present them to our customers matters. Before we opened, I already did a lot of research. I thought I was prepared. But up to this day, we are still learning, still improving, and still upskilling even in the smallest details. This business taught me that quality is not accidental. It is a result of continuous learning, careful choices, and genuine care for every piece of clothing entrusted to us. To anyone aspiring to start a laundry business, there is no such thing as being a 100% ready. The best way to learn is to simply start, and be willing to grow every single day.
