4. How come you sell so cheap?

5. Do you accept pick-up?

1. Items are pre- order. Once you pick an item, it is not 100 % sure that the specific design and color are still available.
2. NO Cancellation of Orders. Once Orders are sent, you must proceed with the payment.
3. An Invoice will be sent within 24 hours upon sending the Order Form.
4. You will be only given 2-3 Business Days to settle your payment.
5. We will only Ship the items once the items are fully paid/or account is settled.
6. Shipping Fee must be handled by the Buyer.
7. Shipping cost will vary on the weight of the Items. Minimum of 1 kilo. (Please check rates below)
8. Items are 100% checked and inspected before shipping. All items are 100% guaranteed that it's in good condition before shipping.
9. RTW SOLUTIONS will not be liable for any lost, damages and delays caused by the courier.
10. RTW SOLUTIONS will only be responsible for giving the tracking numbers of the packages and helping clients to follow up their parcels.
11. NO RETURN NO EXCHANGE, unless it is our mistake (i.e sending wrong items).
