Public Assembly Act of 1985 (BP 880)
Offense: Holding a public assembly without notifying the local authorities or violating permit conditions.
Penalty:
Fine: ₱2,000–₱10,000
Imprisonment: Up to 30 days (depending on the violation)
Obstruction of Public Places / Disturbing the Peace (Revised Penal Code, Arts. 287 & 296)
Offense: Blocking streets, causing traffic congestion, or disturbing public order during assemblies.
Penalty: Arrest or detention
Fines up to ₱2,000
Destruction of Property or Violence During Assemblies
Offense: Vandalism, arson, or violence during assemblies.
Penalty:
Imprisonment: 6 months to 20 years, depending on severity
Restitution for damages

ANTI - AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC SABOTAGE ACT OF 2024
Is the Philippine Law enacted to prevent and penalize illegal acts that threaten the country’s food supply and disrupt the agricultural econom. The law was signed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. On September 26,2024.
Primary Offenses
The Law classifies the following actions as agricultural economic sabotage:
Smuggling : Importing or bringing agricultural and fishery products into the Philippines illegally, particularly when the value of the smuggled goods is at least P10 million.
Hoarding : unduly restraining the supply of agricultural goods.
Profiteering: Selling Agricultural products at an excessive or exorbitant profit.
Cartel : Entering into agreements that manipulate prices and supply to defeat fair competition
