Alas, we got frozen once again in Shopee. We’ve been having customers that returned their Orders masked as ‘Wrong Item’ despite sending the correct Item, just because the Item did not fit. As a result, we accumulated penalty points that meted us with a 1-month Account Freeze in Shopee.
Our utmost apologies to our customers that were supposed to arrange their Orders, as we will have to wait until mid-April or arrange other logistics for now. Rest assured that we will come back stronger from this predicament. For now, we’ll look for other platforms to open up shop for you. For now, we’ll be on a Shopee break. We are still open in our The Landmark - Makati and Metro Department Store - Market! Market! branches. See you soon, Ladies!
