- Our company is mainly focused on Online Shopping. As we are promoting E-Commerce, we do not need a shop.

- Please inform us as soon as it was received. STB's will have it replaced and shoulder your shipping fee as long as it is returned within 3 days. STB's will no longer accept returns once the 3 days has elapsed. About Payment

1. How much is the shipping charge?
- We offer Free Metro Manila Shipping for orders worth of Php 1500 or above, free Nationwide Shipping for orders worth of Php 2500 or above, for orders did not reach the minimum to avail free shipping, fee is only Php99 for Metro Manila and Php155 Nationwide.
2. What's your courier? Is it door to door delivery or I have to pick up the items?
- Our courier for Metro Manila is Xend and Cliqnship, nationwide shipping are handled by LBC. All of the orders are door to door delivery except for very rare cases that shipping address is outside the delivery areas of the said couriers.
3. How many days will I receive the items once I have settled the payment?
- Our cut off time is 3pm, order paid on or before 3PM will be dispatched same day. Arrival of the items is 1-2 business days within Metro Manila, 2-3 business days for nationwide shipping. If payment has been made and confirmed after 3pm or on a Sunday, orders will be dispatched on next business day.
4. Can I request to pick up my order at any LBC branches?
- Yes, but this is possible for Nationwide shipping only. You may indicate the exact LBC branch in the "memo" field upon creating the order.
5. How will I know if my order is already dispatched?
- You will receive a Shipment Notification Email with the complete tracking details once your time has been dispatched. It is being sent around 7-8pm Mondays to Saturdays. In case you haven’t received the email, you may inquire the order status and the tracking number.
