Hello, everyone! I'd like to share my update on my AA.
Grabeng journey talaga to, I've gone into intense anxieties na feeling ko leading to depression. Ang daming factors, social life, family, lovelife, career, acads. Name it. Dumagdag pa yung insecurities ko because of alopecia. But hey, I'm telling you, if nakayanan ko, I'm definitely sure that y'all can do it as well. Trusting God and surrending it all to Him, kaya mo man o hindi, His perfect will will always be done. So far here are some ways/routine I have done for the last 3 months.
- water. Yes, keep yourself hydrated. Palagi.
- Look for ways to keep yourself happy.
- I used organic shampoo bar for anti hair fall (nakalimutan ko na yung brand)
- for conditioner, I used creamsilk hair fall defense (green). Idk but for some reasons, sobrang kumonti yung hairfall ko dito.
- wag mo isipin na may alopecia ka. Yes. This one really helped me. I accepted my fate and just kept on going to the point that having alopecia is not a burden to me anymore. Para na siyang normal for me and hindi ko na prinoproblema.
- Biotin wolvit. I can't say na working to kasi I'm not taking it religiously. Hindi kasi ako ganun na hilig mag take ng gamot orally so nakakalimutan ko palagi hahaha pero goods naman if magttake ka everyday, B vitamin naman yun.
- every after a day paliguan ang hair with shampoo and conditioner. Wag palagi g frequent.
- i used growniella hair growth spray. Hindi to sponsored/marketing ha. Triny ko lang and so far, after 2 bottles, yan yung result.
- talk to someone, to release every burden in you. Pandemic. our mental health is way more important that our jobs and acads.
- pray. Talk to God.
I hope this helps. Please, don't think too much of your alopecia diagnosis that will end up leading you to stress. It's okay not to be okay but always remember that there will be better days to come. Yakap! Padayon.🌸
