We’ve recently received concerns from several customers regarding parcels shipped between April 1–11 that have not yet been delivered.

These orders were checked out via Shopee and shipped through SPX Express. Normally, delivery only takes around 5–8 days, but unfortunately, this time some shipments have exceeded 10 days.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. While this is beyond our control as it depends on the courier, please know that all affected order IDs have already been reported to SPX for follow-up.

Kindly message us once you have received your parcel so we can keep track and assist accordingly 🙏

Moving forward, all orders will now be shipped via J&T through TikTok checkout to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.

• Mindanao → Mindanao: 3–5 days
• Mindanao → Visayas: 4–6 days
