Following the 9/11 attacks, Slipknot was banned from several schools and radio stations โ€” not because of anything they did, but because of their aggressive image, chaotic sound, and raw lyrics.

They became a symbol of rebellion during a time when the world was craving control. ๐ŸŽญโš ๏ธ
