We have all been taking our well-deserved family time during the holidays. Now, more than ever, we know how valuable that is.

Today, we are officially closing our donation drive. I am proud to announce that our donors have raised 𝗣𝗛𝗣 𝟭𝟮,𝟬𝟬𝟬.

We will post photos of the money transfers as soon as we distribute them to the 7 Manays who need it the most.

Our Manays have weathered 3 consecutive, strong typhoons in a span of 3 weeks. This left one of them homeless, one in debt, some with damaged homes and the rest of Tiwi, Albay without electricity. No electricity meant no means for them to continue earning a living. When asked about when the electricity will resume, the electric company APEC simply answered "𝙨𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙠𝙤 𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙣 𝙣𝙖 𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙪𝙧𝙤" - that was in mid-November.
