Also known as “Hanging Rice,” this popular Cebuano dish is woven from palm leaves and holds a rich history. Beyond being a tasty staple, Puso was culturally important among pre-Hispanic Filipinos as offerings to the diwata. Today, it’s a symbol of community and celebration.
