BEFORE PURCHASING A PREORDER ITEM, PLEASE READ! Thank you.

What is a preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item which has not yet been manufactured or placed in production.

When will I receive my preorder?
Production times vary, but you will receive your order as soon as it is ready. On average, the preorder process takes about a month in total, but please be patient. I am a one person operation, so delays are a possibility.

Where can I view the status of my order?
Updates regarding the status of preordered items will be announced here at my page. If you need help with your specific order, you can send a private message here. Because of the potential high volume of preorders, I may not be able to answer general update questions individually (for example, what day production will start, etc --this information will be shared publicly).

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PREORDERS:
- Make sure your shipping address is updated and current, and most importantly permanent!
- Make absolute sure you have ordered in the correct size/color/etc.
- Understand it may take a while to receive your order, make sure you are okay with that.
- If there is a mistake in the order, I will refund you and have you place it again. This is a pain and can slow things down significantly, so please triple check your order and information to make sure everything is correct.

In Summary...
If you do not like waiting, preorders are not for you! However, if you don't mind the wait, please check our preorders😍.
