DAMN IT!! I put an end for my marriage when I found out my husband was adultery with a young woman. But I'm happy now...

The reason was ridiculous: I was overwelght. He used to yelled at me: "Haven't you never looked at yourself in the mirror?" 🤬🤬

OMG, I was deedly miserable at that time. Looking at my body in the mirror, yeb, he was right, my weight was unacceptable. How could I make him love me even I fed up with myself? I need to upgrade my look and get back in shape immediately 👌

What did I do wrong? Did he lose his temper with me just because I gained weight ?? OMG ... 😓😓
At that time i dated this guy. All he say when we walk.. how big and ugly i am. And he clearly saying he wants to date a skinny girl. You know what.. his words still inside my skin for few months after we seperate. So I try to cut of weight than I ever had. I want to change and i want to be the best version of myself 🔥🔥🔥
Exercising is quite difficult but luckily, i got this fitness bands. After just 1 month exercising with this band, my waist is slimmer and my abs are visible (for the first time 😂😂). Plus, the effect is extremely great, reducing stress, relaxing, getting rid of excess breasts and having a good shape. I also have healthy diet than usual. Now i feel so good and healthy.

What should not eat while on a slimming diet?

It's frustrating 😠😠 I HATE THIS SMART WATCH !!
I always wondered why I had to spend so much money on it ⁉️

1. Blackheads are small, dark lesions that appear on the skin, often on the face and neck. They are a feature of mild acne, but they can appear without other signs of acne being present.

They contain an oxidized version of melanin, the dark pigment made by cells in the skin.

2. FAST FACT ABOUT BLACKHEAD
Blackheads are made of oxidized melanin and not trapped dirt.
Squeezing or scrubbing at blackheads can make them worse.
To reduce blackheads, avoid oil-based skin care products, humid environments, tight clothes, and skin products that contain alcohol.
They tend to appear when hormones lead to the increased production of sebum, an oily substance, by the glands under the skin.

3. CAUSES

Some factors can increase the chance of developing blackheads.
