LPG HOME DELIVERY BEST PRACTICES
All DOE authorized LPG dealers/retailers/establishments who are promoting LPG home delivery services using distribution of flyers and posting in social media are enjoined to specify the registered business name and the specific address with the code of the valid License to Operate (LTO) and Authority to sell (ATS) per brand duly issued by DOE (please see attached sample picture of flyer).
This practice promotes consumers’ safety and ensures that the public will only buy LPG products in DOE authorized LPG establishments/outlets. Likewise, the information indicated in the flyer will serve as guide or reference for the DOE and other government authorities in identifying and apprehending illegal traders of LPG products.
