Nakakatulong po ang CHIA SEEDS para makapag loss ng weight ng walang pagi LBM. Pag inuuna mo itong inumin sa umaga feeling mo busog ka buong araw kaya makakapag loss ka talaga ng weight. Pwedeng sa water lang ibabad bago inumin then pwede rin imix sa inumin mo like milk, coffee or drinks. Wag lang softdrinks ha! 😆
