HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DOLPHY!

Rodolfo Vera Quizon, Sr. a.k.a. Dolphy is the undisputed King of Philippine Comedy. And today, we celebrate what would have been his 93rd birthday.

Dolphy’s own brand of humor and his outstanding acting in various films and TV shows have brought so much laughter and joy to Filipinos of all ages.

Just remembering his iconic characters in Facifica Falayfay, John En Marsha, Home Along da Riles and Markova: Comfort Gay instantly lightens our mood. And don’t we all need a dose of Dolphy now, especially during these dreary times?

Is it just us or does anyone else find a strange thrill in uttering the words “FACIFICA FALAYFAY”? 😀
