On a long week- end, what i do best is to look at my cactus collection and admire it's beauty. How awesome is the Lord to have designed such beautiful plants which others not have the courage to touch because of its thorns.
For me there is life in thorns.

AMAZING LOVE

"I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power . . .
to grasp how wide and how long and how high and deep is the love of Christ." -- EPHESIANS 3:17-18

If you need a light in the darkness today, ponder God's amazing love for you:

🌟 As He knit you together, He loved you (Psalm 139:13).

🌟 Before you could choose Him, He chose you (John 15:16).

🌟 When you were broken, bitter, and blaming, He made you whole and showed you the sweet taste of forgiveness (Psalm 103:8-12).

🌟 When you had no hope, He became your hope (1 Peter 1:3).

🌟 When you were too busy with the cares of this world, He interrupted you to show you what is eternal (Psalm 90:4).

🌟 When you were lost, He found you, rescued you and showed you that His mercy and justice will prevail (Luke 15).

🌟 When you were disappointed, He taught you that disappointments can bring you to appointments He ordained (Romans 8:28).

‼️Then, in His ultimate act of love, Jesus owned the cross --- He made a way for us to be with God.‼️

🌟Now you are empowered to know His love and bring His hope to a world desperate to know Him.🌟

‼️THE UNCHANGEABLE GOD‼️

"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." -- JAMES 1:17

Mount Everest looms high in the distance for those who live in its shadow.
It is there every day, peaking high into the sky.
Erosion changes it so slowly that people do not notice.
Yet it changes.

The words of Psalm 46 emphasize who God is and what He can do.

🌟Though a mountain like Mount Everest may crumble and fall, God will never change.🌟

That means He will always love you and stand with you, protecting and guiding you as you reach for your dreams.

With this reality in mind, the psalmist declared there is no reason to fear.

‼️God is your refuge, even though life gets demanding.‼️

Though earthquakes may tumble mountains, they cannot shake God.

Trusting the God who never changes offers the greatest stability and hope in your life.

The next time you get discouraged, think about Psalm 46 and James 1:17.
No matter what is going on around you, God in all His power, might, and greatness will never change.
Though the mountains change, God never will.

Therefore, it would be wise to continue trusting an unchanging God to help you reach your hopes and to fulfill your dreams.

Breakthrough Wednesday!
I declare grace upon grace, blessing upon blessing, and favor upon favor over your life today.
