Our customers are our top priority. We value them a lot. We just hope that once they place an order, they'll be responsible for it. We won't reveal the exact photo of the bogus buyer out of respect.

Our products are the result of hard work, especially because they're handmade. We work extra hours just to complete the orders, sometimes even skipping meals. And let me tell you, if it's COD, we cover the shipping fee upfront, and we only get reimbursed once the buyer pays. If the buyer ghosted us, parang pina vacation lang namin yung products namin. Buti pa yung keychain nakapunta na ng Samar 🥴

So, next time, if you don't have the means to pay, please refrain from placing an order. Be considerate naman sa mga sellers. This is also a lesson for us to double confirm the orders and not entertain incomplete buyer's information. We trusted too much.

Despite all of this, we're still grateful for our very responsible buyers. Our first month of comeback was a blast! Thank you so much!
