I hate to break it to you, but you can’t count on motivation to keep you closer to your fitness goals, to keep you consistent. Motivation wanes. It’s unreliable.

So what’s the pre-requisite of consistency? Discipline. Discipline is controllable. You control your choices. How often you make those choices. Choices that become habits. Habits that become visible results.

So will you wait til you’re “motivated”, or get up, move, and get started today?

Have you seen gym membership rates lately? Exercise is by all means good for you but not always for your budget... Or maybe this is one of the excuses you tell yourself to skip working out? 🤭 There are ways to stay fit without spending any money. Here are some ideas.

01 HOME WORKOUTS 🏠

Hello Youtube academy! No equipment? No problem! If you think you won't sweat with Functional Movements, think again. Try subscribing to Heather Robertson. She's a HIIT trainer and releases a variety of workouts you can choose from depending on your fitness level and intensity preference.

02 WALKING OR RUNNING 🏃‍♀️

All you need is your pair or sneakers and you're all set!

03 YOGA 🧘‍♀️

Again, this is where Youtube comes in handy. Try Power Yoga for a more intense session.

04 CYCLING 🚴‍♀️

Well this is only free if you already own a bicycle. But the places you can go to when you have a bike! Time flies when you're cycling, trust me.
