To continue serving our loyal customers, please be advised that effective immediately, Feet2work will implement a stricter payment collection process. All payments not sent by the agreed-upon due date or previously discussed cutoff date will be classified as late. A late payment fee of ₱300 will be applied to all overdue accounts, unless the outstanding balance is settled in full to bring the account up to date.
In addition, for accounts that remain delinquent despite reminders, Feet2work reserves the right to pursue legal action through barangay-level small claims proceedings. This will involve filing a formal complaint with your respective barangay, along with a written demand for immediate payment of the outstanding balance (including late fees). Barangay small claims provide a simplified, cost-effective process for resolving monetary disputes, and non-compliance with the barangay’s decision may result in further legal steps as permitted by law.
We encourage all clients to prioritize timely payments to avoid any inconvenience or legal consequences. For questions about your account status, please contact Feet2work.
