CHANGES ON THE MODE OF PAYMENT AND SHIPPING PROCESS.
FAQs:
DO YOU CUSTOMIZE DESIGN?
-No.
DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS?
-Yes! Let's talk about it through email! Email us at [email protected] with a subject of BULK ORDER TC.
ORDERING:
-Browse through our shop album, choose your product, message us with your name, complete address, product code and size. (I,e: Juan Dela Cruz, Blk2 Lot6 Harmony Village Mayapa St. Canlubang Laguna, Twist City Classic Black, M.)
PAYMENT:
-Payments can be made through depositing on our BDO account.
-Once paid, send us a photo through facebook messenger AND email of your deposit slips/receipts as a proof. NO PAYMENT NO SHIPPING!
DEADLINE OF PAYMENT:
-Please settle your payments within 2-3 working days.
DO YOU HAVE CASH ON DELIVERY?
-None.
ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF SHIPPING FEE?
-Unfortunately, no. The buyer has to shoulder an additional price for the shipping fee. (Worry not, we make sure everything arrives at your doorstep.)
WHEN CAN WE RECEIVE OUR ORDERS?
-We accept orders and reservations every Tuesday 7AM to Saturday 11PM. We ship the ordered items every Mondays only.
Our Shipping rates as of September 2017:
-Metro Manila: Php 40
-Provincial: Php 120
-(We do meet ups at LRT1, Intramuros Manila and SM Manila only)
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN AND EXCHANGE?
-Returns are not accepted. However, if there has been an error in the delivery of items (i.e not the same item as in the photo that you ordered), we will accept with valid photos of the item delivered and a screenshot of the item ordered for proof.
-We also don’t exchange items for other colors/styles/other items with equal value. We also don’t exchange items that have been damaged by the courier during delivery. We always make sure that items are in 100% good condition before delivery.
