1. The MODE OF SHIPPING largely depends on your location or place where it will be received, to wit:
- For orders within AMAIA SKIES CUBAO, your orders will be delivered on a door-to-door basis.
- For orders within the BICOL REGION, I'll send it via JT&T (COD). Except for those in the RINCONADA AREA, particularly in Nabua, Camarines Sur, we do MEET-UPS in Nabua Centro.
- For orders within the METRO MANILA, it will be shipped via LALAMOVE (REAL-TIME BOOKING and DELIVERY during which I will inform you with updates and ask for your CONFIRMATION AT THE ACTUAL TIME OF DELIVERY unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties).
- For orders outside METRO MANILA, your package will be sent via JT&T.

2. PAYMENT OF ORDERS
- For orders to be delivered by LALAMOVE and JT&T (COD), please send the total amount of your orders EXCLUDING the SHIPPING FEE via Gcash or BDO (which I will send to you by PM).

3. SHIPPING FEE (SF)
- The BUYER shall shoulder the SF EXPENSES, on a CASH-ON-DELIVERY basis to the LALAMOVE and/or JT&T RIDER upon receipt of your orders. The SELLER DISAVOWS ANY LIABILITY in the payment of the SF and will ONLY be responsible to INFORM THE BUYER THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SF EXPENSE AS PROVIDED BY THE LALAMOVE/JT&T ESTIMATE.
- Since we only do meet-ups in the RINCONADA AREA in CAMARINES SUR, NO SF is required, unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller and buyer.
- For residents of AMAIA SKIES CUBAO, NO SF is also needed since I personally deliver your orders on a DOOR-TO-DOOR BASIS.
- For buyers in, around, and outside METRO MANILA, the SF will depend on the LALAMOVE APP, or JT&T ESTIMATE, which I will take a photo/screenshot of, and send to you for confirmation. Please reply ASAP, as I will not book your orders for delivery WITHOUT YOUR CONFIRMATION and CONSENT.

4. VALIDITY OF SALE
- It is a well-established rule that there is a VALID SALE upon agreement of the parties regarding the product, price, mode of payment and delivery, and the delivery ITSELF. In this case, "DELIVERY" means that your ORDERS are ALREADY CONSIDERED SOLD AT THE TIME IT LEFT THE SELLER'S (SUMMER SOLE's) POSSESSION.
Consequently, when there is a VALID SALE, we do NOT ALLOW ANY MORE exchange, returns, and/or refunds AFTER the products were placed at the hands of the COURIER.

5. SELLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES.
- SUMMER SOLE, as the seller, has the responsibility to give you regular updates regarding your orders, to assist you in every single inquiry you have, and will accommodate any requests you have when we have the capacity to do so, in order to give you the best service we can offer.
- BEFORE ACTUAL SHIPMENT, SUMMER SOLE will ONLY have the responsibility to give you EVERY DETAIL REGARDING THE DELIVERY (WITH SCREENSHOTS if applicable) of the rider's profile and contact number, and a picture of them as evidence that they had picked-up your orders.
- And lastly, DURING SHIPMENT, SUMMER SOLE will have the responsibility to contact and inform you WHEN THE RIDER CANNOT CONTACT THE NUMBER OF THE RECIPIENT YOU HAD GIVEN.
- SUMMER SOLE would definitely make sure that these outlined responsibilities we have would be met. However, the participatory nature of SUMMER SOLE DURING THE SHIPMENT OF YOUR ORDERS DOES NOT INVALIDATE THE PERFECTED SALE OF YOUR ORDERS, NOR IS A GROUND FOR REFUND, RETURN, and/or EXCHANGE.
- To repeat, we do NOT ALLOW ANY MORE exchange, returns, and/or refunds AFTER the products were placed at the hands of the COURIER.

6. BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES.
- As the buyer, please be kind and responsible in receiving your orders. SUMMER SOLE would constantly be in communication with you, so you would be informed of any contingencies or delays.
- Summer Sole would not SHOULDER ANY SF EXPENSES when your order was not RECEIVED by the RECIPIENT. So if you're not the recipient, please inform the one receiving your orders ahead of time, in order to AVOID PAYING EXTRA CHARGES or DOUBLE BOOKING.
