BUYING the shoes instead of renting due to change of plans is NOT ALLOWED once the signing of the contract has already settled 🙅‍♂️

Here are sample scenarios on how does this system would work for you 👇:

Scenario 1 👟
In a contract of PHP 150/per day, you are deemed as paid and already signed to a contract for RENTING it for A DAY; After that, you suddenly thought of buying the shoes at full value for worth of PHP 1,500.
TAKE NOTE: Your rental fee will STAY as your rental fee, so it will not be included to the full value worth of PHP 1,500. Hence, you will STILL PAY for the full value despite the rental fee to acquire the basketball shoes that you desire.

Scenario 2 👟
In a contract of PHP 100/per day, you are bound on a rental contract for 3 days, and you have paid PHP 300 for this; After that, you thought of buying the shoes for a full value worth of PHP 1,500.
TAKE NOTE: Your rental fee will STAY as your rental fee, so it will not be included to the full value worth of PHP 1,500. Hence, you will STILL PAY for the full value despite the rental fee to acquire the basketball shoes that you desire.

THEREFORE, it is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to add your rental fee to the full value worth of payment if you ever decided of buying the shoes you rented.

REMEMBER, a rental fee is a rental fee, so the contract for buying it and renting it is TOTALLY DIFFERENT!
