In February 2022, PICE ADNU SC organized a Fundraising Program under the Ephemera x Deja Blue for the Typhoon Odette victims. However, some unforeseen events caused a delay in the turnover of the funds.
Last May 19, 2022, a fire incident reportedly hit some households in Barangay Bagumbayan Sur, Naga City. The fire has affected several residential areas nearby, including the family of our fellow Ateneans and an eatery business. In this regard, PICE ADNU SC Officers have decided to allocate a part of the funds collected during the Ephemera & Deja Blue event. A total of โฑ5358.00 was allotted to purchase in-kind materials. Six large containers contain 13 canned goods, four tissue rolls, three packs of noodles, one medium-sized powdered chocolate, one pack of biscuits, two tubs of margarine, one pack of sliced bread, seven kilos of rice, and 5-10 pieces used clothes.
Aside from the Ephemera x Deja Blue fundraising funds, there are other donations from some students and their families received. With this, we would like to express our most profound gratitude to all the donors and volunteers who helped our fellow Nagueรฑos rise again after the incident. With a grateful heart, we will still be accepting donations, for there are still families who need to rebuild their homes. We will coordinate with some organizations or authorities that aim to organize a program to reconstruct or provide some financial assistance for the victims' houses.
