Now Hiring: Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain multi-head industrial embroidery machines.
Prepare garments (hooping, backing, and placement) for high-quality production.
Perform thread changes, bobbin replacements, and basic machine troubleshooting.
Monitor stitch quality to ensure all finished products meet our brand standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: Must have hands-on experience operating industrial embroidery equipment.
Hardworking & Reliable: A strong commitment to punctuality and productivity.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot imperfections and ensure precise logo placement.
Technical Skill: Knowledge of digitizing basics and different fabric types is a plus.
