Please be advised to follow the official schedule for toga releasing.
Requirements to claim your toga:
present ANY ONE if the following primary valid ID's:
*. PhilSys National ID
*. Driver's license
*. SSS ID
*. UMID ID for parents/guardians jf claiming in your behalf
If no primary ID is available:
Cellphone may be presented as an alternative.

ANNOUNCEMENT: TOGA DISTRIBUTION FROM IGP - GARMENTS
To all BiPSU graduating students, please be advised that Toga distribution will begin the first week of May 2026, organized per Schools.
We will not entertaining inquiries about Toga during March 2026 - April 2026 as we are conducting inventory.
The exact schedule of dates will follow after our inventory .
Prepare your primary valid ID's (e.g. Philsys ID, Postal ID, ....etc) for requirements.
NO RENTAL FEE's, NO DEPOSIT needed!
