• Niche down.
Hindi pwedeng “kahit ano.” Pili ka ng kaya mong panindigan. Alin ba yung magiging confident ka pag io-offer mo? Magaling ka ba mag design, makipag communicate, magbenta, mag organise ng mga event?

• Mag-train.
Courses, internships, certifications — kung ano yung pwede mo kunin para magdagdag ng value sa sarili mo, kunin mo. Ang daming free resources, mayroong YouTube, may Udemy, may Grow with Google, etc.

• Start low, then scale.
Oo, may low offers sa umpisa. Normal yan. Pang-experience, pang-portfolio, pang-confidence. Ang mahalga ma-build mo yung presence mo, mahasa mo yung negotiations skills mo at actual experience sa online job expectations.

• Keep adding value.
Skills, systems, communication. Di porke may naging client na titigil ka na, malaki at mahigpit ang kompetisyon pero kung alam mo na ang worth mo, di ka mawawalan.
