FSRR Marks 75 Years of Elite Excellence

Police Regional Office 3 Director PBGEN Ponce Rogelio I. Peñones Jr. attended the 75th Founding Anniversary of the First Scout Ranger Regiment (FSRR) on behalf of the Acting Chief, PNP, PLTGen Jose Melencio C Nartatez Jr held on November 27, 2025 at around 10:30 AM at HFSRR, Special Operations Command, Philippine Army, Camp Pablo O. Tecson, San Miguel, Bulacan.

The ceremony was led by GEN Romeo S. Brawner Jr., PA, Chief of Staff, AFP, who represented DND Secretary Gilbert C Teodoro and honored the courage, discipline, and sacrifice of the Scout Rangers—one of the country’s most elite combat units.

PRO3 reiterates its strong partnership with the AFP, upholding inter-agency cooperation, unity of effort, and a shared commitment to Protect the People, Pursue Peace and Order, and Promote Professionalism, in full alignment with the PNP Focused Agenda.
