HAPPY INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S MONTH!
Spotted at SM Dagupan City is my hometown Lingayen's municipal tourism officer Ms. Michelle Zarate Lioanag comfortably donning her Indie & Lacey topper (left photo). Right photo shows Michelle with her own design of gown made of ingenious Filipino fabrics.
Michelle is also into arts, culture preservation, fashion, cooking and a lot more. Interestingly, she is an architecture graduate and a self-made chef. She is a devoted public servant and an advocate of women empowerment who believes that good governance is one of the keys to real progress.
