BlingsPH is a LEGIT online shopping site that sells variety of unique fashion finds for a reasonable and fair price. Our albums are constantly being updated with new available items so make sure to check our page from time to time for updates.
2. Simply comment “MINE” if you are interested in buying a certain item.
3. Commenting “MINE” does not guarantee reservation of the item.

5. Items will only be reserved upon filling out the ORDER FORM posted in the description box of each item. Please fill out the said form and send it to thru:

6. Buyer/s will receive a confirmation message from BlingsPH once the order form has been received. Please wait for this confirmation message as this confirmation message will determine if the item you ordered is currently in stock.
7. Placed orders are considered FINAL. Items ordered can no longer be cancelled nor changed unless the items ordered are currently OUT OF STOCK at the time of your order placement and will not be in stock within your desired period of time.
8. BlingsPH will not be held liable for delays or errors due to the request for changes (recipient/courier/delivery address,etc) of placed orders.
9. BlingsPH will send you the breakdown of the cost thru email/SMS/Facebook that you have to settle within a certain period of time.
10. Buyer/s are given until the cut-off date and time to pay for their placed orders. Cut-off date and time are as follows:

ORDER / PAYMENT DATE AND TIME SHIPPING OUT/ DELIVERY DATE
From SUNDAY until TUESDAY 2.P.M. WEDNESDAY
FROM WEDNESDAY until FRIDAY 2 P.M. SATURDAY

11. Placed orders that have not been paid on or before the cut-off time will unfortunately be cancelled.
12. Customers with 3 cancelled orders will automatically be blocked from our page. PAYMENT POLICY:
1. After placing the order, the buyer/s should be able to make the payment on or before the cut-off date and time. This is to make sure that the items will be delivered/shipped out on the exact delivery dates. 100% payment is required before the shipment will be processed. ORDER / PAYMENT DATE AND TIME SHIPMENT DATE
From SUNDAY until TUESDAY 2.P.M. SATURDAY

2. These are the MODE OF PAYMENTS that we accept:
- Meet-ups (Cash On Delivery)
- Bank Deposits - BPI
- G-CASH
- M.LHUILLER
- WESTERN UNION

3. The delivery dates are EVERY WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY.
4. The shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer and will automatically be calculated and added to your total bill.
5. Placed orders that have not been paid on or before the cut-off time will unfortunately be cancelled.
6. Once payment has been done, the buyer should inform us, BlingsPH, of the reference numbers through:

7. Buyer/s will receive a confirmation message once the payment has been received.
8. Buyer/s will receive the details of the delivery of the item right after receiving the payment.
9. STRICTLY ONE SHIPPING FEE WILL BE CHARGED PER INVOICE. DELIVERY POLICY:
1. The shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer and will automatically be calculated and added to your total bill.
2. BlingsPH will ship via XEND.
- RATES:
o 70php within Metro Manila (2-3 Business days after shipment)
o 100php outside Metro Manila (3-5 Business days after shipment)
3. Shipping fee will be FREE once the buyer/s total bill has reached at least 1000php.
4. THERE IS A SHIPPING RISK. BlingsPH will not be liable for damages incurred due to mishandling of the courier.
5. Orders will be shipped out every Wednesdays and Saturdays.
6. Expect to receive your orders 2-3 business days (for orders within Metro Manila) and 3-5 business days (for orders outside Metro Manila).
7. BlingsPH will not be liable for any shipment delays on the part of the courier.
8. Buyer/s will receive a message which consists of the tracking number and expected date of arrival from BlingsPH once the shipment has been made either Wednesday or Saturday.
9. STRICTLY NO SHIPPING SHALL BE MADE FOR INSUFFICIENT PAYMENTS. IRREGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT.
10. BlingsPH also accepts MEET-UPS at ANY LRT1/MRT STATIONS every WEDNESDAY and SATURDAYS.
11. BlingsPH has the right to adjust the date and the time of the meet ups if ever we could not keep up with the schedule provided by the buyer. RETURN / DAMAGE POLICY:
1. BlingsPH DOES NOT, and WILL NOT ship out damaged items.
2. Our items are double checked before we ship it out to our customers.
3. If still, a customer receives a damage item, we will be happy to replace it provided:
*We are informed via e-mail with picture of the damaged item/s received.
*We are informed within the day the package is received. (FOR STRICT IMPLEMENTATION)
*Customer ships the item/s back to us. (Shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer)
*Our policies are subject to change without prior notice.
