"I have a love-hate relationship with sweets and carbs. Mahilig po talaga ako sa matatamis at starchy food, as in🙈. When the pandemic started, wala po akong lipad halos for almost 6 months. Last October lng po bumalik regular flights namin. The first 3 photos were taken before my flight. When I tried to wear my uniform, halos di na po ako makahinga. I was 65 kilos! My heaviest weight ever😅. It was soo tight that I needed to adjust the buttons. Umepekto na po talaga ang Dalgona coffee, yung banana bread, yung Ube pandesal ko, at recently yung bake sushi naman. Na enjoy ko naman po lahat yan, pero nasa huli talaga ang pagsisisi.
I won’t deny it but I was a bit disappointed with myself. Ang hirap po talaga magpapayat or mag maintain ng weight especially sa line of work ko. I can be in trouble sa office if mag overweight ako. They will have you sign an undertaking promising them that you will lose weight. PRESSURRREEEE😅

It was not easy at first kasi nasanay akong kumain ng madami talaga, kain pang basketball player nga sabi ng kabahay ko🤣🤣🤣. Just this morning when I weigh myself, 62 kilos na lang po ako. I’m soooo happpyyyyy😃😃😃.It is such a big achievement for me na po. Makikita niyo how 3 kilo weight loss can change your body. It took me exactly 3 months to see changes in my body.
You have to try it to BELIEVE IT! I believe in myself na kaya ko, I believe in my Vibrant Coffee. Learn to be patient for results doesn’t happen overnight.
