3. 3-6 months estimated eta sea freight. 1-2 weeks/months eta additional isf air freight : ETA NIYAN CHINA WAREHOUSE TO PH WAREHOUSE. The shipment will be delay if there is a : TYPHOON and HOLIDAY. Please note that we cannot tell what exact date of arrival but the agent will give me an update of the batch of order’s arrived. One item arrived LOCAL SHIPPING SHOULDER BY THE CUSTOMER.
4. what is pre sale or spot goods?
❤️pre sale means in production ginagawa palang ang item wala pa silang stock na ready to shipp and expected na matagal nila ishipp out ang item
❤️spot goods naman means may stock si seller na ready to ship so possible na mabilis shipping niya to ph
5. 700 plus estimated price ang air malalaman ang price pag nasa ph warehouse ang item : NO SPECIFIC PRICE isscale po nila ang item. yung sa sea freight kasama na sa item price
6. If there is a defect of the item or flows let us know so that will coordinate with the agent , and will find away to replace it. PLEASE NOTE if there is a flow from the item that probably the factory , but will give updates. Please dm me for this case
7. nonrefundable ang deposit once narelease ang final price no to back out po ang binayad niyu na deposit.

16. I'm open or accept for taobao agent/ supplier will DM for the computation of CNY. Bali babayaran niyu lang is item price pag nasa pH warehouse ang item dun Po ipay ang isf 150 (service fee na din siya sakin) NOTE : send us three maximum orders only~!! Format? Link, Quantity, CNY, international courier (sea or air).

18. if every mayroon mga item is heavy , big props like ears tail shoulder prop etc. it has additional fee. so why included ang additional fee pag may bulk ang items? bukod kasama na isf sea freight sa item price if ever may malaki na prop or anything sa item may additional depende po what type of props kung gaano kalaki also pag costume pag maraming accessories. Hindi lang po sa air freight also sa sea freight.
19. mechanics paano yung additional fee :
if the item is lagpas ng 2kg mean you need to additional fee, hindi isasama ang box sa pag weight bali yung mismo item para po fair. the weight cost it depends kung gaano kabigat ang costume. and how many your purchase some costume kasi is mabibigat, kaya if lagpas kayo ng 2kg additional fee if not walang additional bali safe yung nakasama isf sea feight. pag air feight yung mismo warehouse nila isccale isf expensive depends sa item :>
20. To clarify refund : mag rerefund kami pag sobrang tagal Ng item (Kay old agent) for example nashipp out nmn ni seller Ang item pero matagal dumating sa ph will give a half refund (Kasi once the seller shipp out Ang item their is will be no refund) : Kay new agent strict sila mag refund sabi Po akin , if ever magpasalo na Lang daw Ng order since strict daw sila pag dating sa refund (pero will try to ask or convince or gawan Ng paraan 🙏✨)
21. Please make sure if tama po ang sizes na pipiliin niyu hindi pwede ibalik and erefunds once masainyu ang item and namili ang size (reason malaki or maliit) you can resell the item and order again 🙏
