We would like to address the misinformation and false accusations that have been circulating online regarding Goldmine Jewelry.
First and foremost, Goldmine Jewelry does NOT require full payment upfront. We would like to make this very clear to the public. Our standard policy is to collect only a ₱1,000 to ₱2,000 down payment, depending on the item. This down payment serves as a commitment fee and is non-refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the purchase.
Unfortunately, there are currently numerous fake pages and individuals impersonating Goldmine Jewelry. As the number of these fraudulent accounts continues to grow, more people become victims of scams involving full payment requests. When these incidents occur, our legitimate business is often unfairly associated with their actions.
For everyone’s protection, please be reminded of the following:
✅ Goldmine Jewelry does not require full payment before shipment.
✅ Our official payment options are clearly posted on our page and cover photo.
✅ We do not initiate random messages asking customers to send payments.
✅ We have been operating primarily through Cash on Delivery (COD) arrangements whenever applicable.
✅ Customers are encouraged to verify that they are communicating with our official page before making any transaction.
We would also like to clarify our policy regarding down payments. Once an order has been processed and shipped, down payments remain non-refundable, especially when there is proof that the item was sent but the customer refuses to receive the package. These policies are clearly communicated to customers before transactions are finalized.
We understand that concerns may arise, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our customers. As a growing business serving a large volume of inquiries and orders, we continue to do our best to provide reliable service while maintaining transparency in every transaction.
We respectfully urge everyone to exercise caution and avoid transacting with pages or individuals claiming to represent Goldmine Jewelry without proper verification. If you encounter suspicious accounts using our name, please report them immediately and contact our official page for confirmation.
