When looking at the success that Kanye West and adidas have had since first kick starting their partnership in 2015, much of it has been attributed to the popularity of the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2. It’s been Ye’s most prolific offering with the Three Stripes, and both parties will soon be nodding to its origins with a release of the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Beluga Reflective” colorway.

This forthcoming iteration bears all of the original design cues that the 2016 pair had in terms of its materials and color-blocking, but it’s been slightly upgraded with high-vis reflective detailing. Tightly woven PrimeKnit uppers are pieced together with gray and black knitting and come contrasted with a louder blast of orange that drips over the lateral post-dyed monofilament side stripes. Reflective notes are sprinkled across the entire base which provides the kicks with an extra pop when flashed by a camera or seen in dimly-lit settings. Laces also come styled with gray and black color schemes, and the Three Stripes logos on the interiors are also done up with reflective outers. Ribbed midsoles underneath are treated with a semi-translucent gray tint and come loaded up with BOOST foam cushioning.

After testing the waters with Virgil Abloh in late 2019, the Nike Dunk Low “UNLV” is finally ready to make its true-to-form revival this coming 2021. As soon as the second week of January, we’ll be seeing the colorway once again, its release slated alongside a large number of accompanying GRs.

But what sets the “UNLV” apart is its reference to the “Be True To Your School” pack established early on in the silhouette’s history. While it has been tweaked in various ways throughout the past few decades, the scheme now — aside from the low-top frame — is quite close to the original. Dark, almost burgundy-like shades wrap the Swoosh and adjacent overlays, each polished to give a slight shimmer. Matching outsoles then sit underfoot, while much of the underlying construction relies on dark grey shades.

As crazy as the Air Jordan 1 Low gets, it often and quickly returns back to the basics. And following this morning’s 8-Bit inspired pair is none other than a simple, turquoise make-up, whose colorblocking is nothing short of tried and true.

Like many iterations before it, the shoe starts with a white leather base that’s paired with a matching tongue, midsole, and Wings logo. The overlays, then, brighten up the upper by a large margin, dressing it up with the greenish-blue shade mentioned above. Adjacent, the laces, tread, and Jumpman branding follow suit as does the lining and the backside of the tongue.

Running rampant in 2021, the Air Jordan 1 Low Golf has centered on its next colorway from the archives to embark on, extending last year’s dominantly employed “Court Purple” ensemble. Identical to the construction of its 2020 Air Jordan 1 proposition, the pair’s base layer and midsole proffer a crisp white canvas for the titular “Court Purple” overlays to revel in the lime light. The latter comes coated along the forefoot, quarter and heel counter’s smooth leather panels in stark contrast to the jet-black outfits of the Swooshes, laces, tongue construction and sock liner. Debossed at its heel, the winged Jordan insignia renders a pitch-dark color-match while vibrant violets exit the equation through “GOLF” branding at the tongue tab and underfoot amidst the tread retooled for the green. This 2025 edition sticks to the same tried-and-true formula, highlighted by its classic mix of Varsity Red overlays, Summit White leather panels, and jet black Swooshes. The cut, panel shape, and branding remain faithful to the original, ensuring a release that feels authentic to the storied Chicago lineage. Going into 2021, adidas Yeezy is making some big, big changes. Following further iterations of old favorites, the brand will offer an entirely remodeled Yeezy Boost 350 v2, one that proffers new constructions alongside new colorways like the “Mono Ice.”

One part to a much larger collection, the scheme adds new flavors to the typically drab line-up. Light, aqua blues dress most of the upper, dyeing into a fabric that’s not Primeknit but a monofilament mesh. This allows for the cages underneath to better reveal, creating a stark visual contrast between the knit designs of the pair’s predecessors. Elsewhere, white neutrals dress both the interior as well as the laces and sole, while the heel tab bears a cool tone a touch darker than the aforementioned.

When the first emperor of China passed away in 210 B.C., he was buried with an army of over 8,000 sculpted figures to protect him in the afterlife. The massive force was carved out of reddish clay and, after being unearthed in 1974, became known as the Terracotta Army. An archaic monument and a pair of stealthy sneakers might seem worlds apart, but not to Edison Chen—designer and founder of CLOT—whose core philosophy revolves around the bridging of Eastern and Western design.

Taking inspiration from that underground infantry, this Air Jordan 14 utilizes a mix of matted suedes and earthy textures to create a look that's equal parts ancient and innovative. The silhouette features a heavy-duty build that mimics armour and a metal medallion on the heel, and also sports an esoteric hangtag depicting a venerable warrior en route to the edge.

Only a couple of weeks ago, the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 v2 was revealed bearing a new, unique redesign. Rather than rely on the constructions it existed with for years now, the pair better visualizes its internal cages, adding on a contrasted “shadow” right to the side profile. Here, this version is taking the stage once again, clad in a rather subdued “Mono Mist” colorway.

Between the darker palettes, nods to the silhouette’s original upper make a cameo. The side stripe often laid against past iterations can be made out in a deep brown tone, one that loosely complements the shades that surround it. Above, the cage warps over top the side in black, while the laces and lining adjacent prefer far lighter grey detailing similar to the partially see-through sole.

One of the loudest ensembles to grace the tallest iteration of Michael Jordan’s first signature sneaker, the pair – as a first-mockup displays – features the vibrant scarlet hue across its most signature leather overlays. As with the original Jordan 1 “Chicago”, construction at the toe box and midfoot dons a plain “White” color scheme. Profile swooshes, however, forgo the dull in favor of “Laser Orange”, which has appeared on both the Jordan 3 and SB Dunk Low this year. Although the final product may differ, the laces, tongue, and ankle panels are predicted to deliver stark “Black” contrast. Underfoot, sole units indulge in a timeless all-“White” arrangement.

Over the last thirty-eight years, the Air Jordan 1 Low has appeared in countless styles ranging from the heritage-driven to the experimental. Recently, the sneaker received a “Tech Grey” and “Light Orewood Brown” makeover as part of Brand Jordan’s Craft series.

Designed through the lens of deconstruction, the upcoming Air Jordan maintains a muted color palette throughout its leather, suede, and foam build. A mismatched arrangement gives the pair personality, as does the inside-out nature of the shoe’s Craft edition. The most obvious contrast appears via the swoosh logos on the sides, and accents on and around the tongue. Lastly, the midsole underfoot introduces a slight-yellow finish into the mix, falling in line with the “vintage” trend that’s dominated sneakers in the last two years.
