Boundless Becoming Vol. 1: NIKKI

Here’s the story of how started

When the pandemic hit, she lost her flight attendant job and like a lot of people, she wasn’t really sure what came next.

So she started baking again. Nothing serious at first.
Just something to pass time, manage stress, and go back to what she knew, recalling her summers in her aunt’s bakery, the basics she learned as a kid, and use it to recreate the flavors she missed from all the places she used to fly to.

Her friends and family were the first to say it: you should sell your pastries.

So she tried. No big plan, no expectations. Just putting it out there.

People kept ordering. One after another.

What started as a small online thing turned into a real bakehouse. Packing orders left and right.
Then she took a brave step with the help of and , they built their first physical bakehouse in 2023.
Now they’re working on opening a second branch very soon.

And in the middle of all that, she got her flight attendant job back too. So now she does both flying and building something that’s fully hers.

It’s not a perfect, linear story.
It’s just real. One step leading to another.

Trusting the process, figuring it out as she goes, and staying open to where it can take her.
