🔘 ALL BOXES FROM 🇺🇸 ARE DELAYED. Please understand that this delay is beyond our (seller/shopper) control. According to LBC, the delay was caused by port congestion and vessel delay. We ask that you extend your patience and understanding as we (seller/shopper) can only wait for the box to arrive on our PH address. As for the undelivered box of END OF AUGUST BATCH, after days of talking to them via their hotline, they still cannot give us definite reason why the box was left on their port and was not delivered on time together with the other boxes. We are really sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you all, my dear clients.
🔘For the box the has already arrived on our PH address, please give me 3-5 days to sort all items. Invoice will be sent afterwards. NO RUSH SHIPPING. I have the right to refuse good service to RUDE and ENTITLED CUSTOMERS!
