All Son de Flor creations are produced from high quality already softened linen. All our materials and complementing components are coming from responsible producers and suppliers based in Lithuania. We are proud of cooperating with one of the oldest sewing factories in Lithuania, employing people with hearing disorders. These are my Son de Flor favorites.💛 I think it all comes back to linen. I love wearing it, and my eczema loves it too. My very first Son de Flor piece was a Black Checker Wrap Skirt, and I’ve worn it throughout every season for the past four years.
I also hear people say, “But linen wrinkles so much!” And my answer is always the same: that’s the thing about linen, it doesn’t listen. And honestly, neither do I. I’ve never owned an iron. There are far more important things in life than worrying about a little crease on your dress.💃
Maybe that’s why I feel so at home at Son de Flor. None of us are pretending to love linen, we actually do. We wear it, talk about it, learn more about it, and somehow end up with favorite pieces that become part of our everyday lives.
