To all my friends and people with good heart here in social media,
My (insert your relationship here) Michael Matias is recently diagnosed with Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia at the early age of 35. APL is an aggressive type of acute myeloid leukemia in which there are too many immature blood-forming cells (promyelocytes) in the blood and bone marrow. Before the diagnosis, Mike is just starting to build and grow his family. He’s a great father to his 3yr old son, MJ and a loving husband to Jessa.
For the first course of Mike’s medication which includes chemotherapy, our family will be needing more than 400,000 pesos. In line with this, we’d like to humbly ask for your help to raise funds for Mike wherein we’ll be selling shirts with the design attached to this post.
