Hi, Everyone actually i am hesitant on discussing
this thru social media since i might be put on a
difficult situation since this should be handled by
DPWH - District 1 | Barangay Offcial | Engineering
Department.
What is Drainage System?
• The flow of water through well-defined channels is
known as drainage and the network of such channels
is called a “drainage system”. The drainage system of an
area is the outcome of the geological time period, nature
and structure of rocks, slope, topography, amount of water
lowing and the periodicity of flow.
What should be the best basic maintenance of
this drainage system? i will be using basic terms
para mabilis maintindihan at hindi na maging
complikado...
1. Proper scheduling of declogging and siphoning
of the drainage water pipe lines.
2. Proper Materials meaning hindi substandard ang
ginagamit
3. Checking of pipe lines | Residentials and City
Drainage system thats includes what we called
storm water drainage system.
And others. So balik tayo sa problema...

What is needed to be done to avoid accident on
this area of Road 20 near Parinas and Ofelia Street.
1. Cleaning and Declogging, Siphoning of Drainage
System
2. Repair and Proper Materials to be used on the
Drainage System
3. Monitoring and Scheduling of the Drainage System
4. Drainage System | Color definitions in every area
of the district para mabilis ma maintenance and
monitor
5. Additional manpower or new team to handle only
the Drainge System since hindi lahat kaya ng District
Egineering Department dapat meron tayong Facilities

Lastly hindi ako nag mamarunong im just an
ordinary man from the neighbor hood, again if meron
nagsumbong na matanda well i will tell them my opinion
db? Kahit tawanan niyo ako pero again what if anak
niyo or matatandang tao ang na-aksidente sa road 20
because of the minimal issues that we have in our
barangay area? So before kayo matawa sa mga
sinabe ko and more so; READ it carefully...
What would you do? Fyi, i was a former Assistant
Consultant and maintenance in some various industry
for almost 20 yrs. and i was also a part of the Facilities
Management - Technical Supervisor (C3 Plant) of
Jollibee Foods Corpration | Zenith Foods Corp - Plant C3
who handled 18 hectars of drainage system, plant grounds,
projects improvements and Covid 19, Safety Protocols,
Taal Eruption Technical and Cleaning Team Supervior
and for me this is a EYE SORE-ing for me seeing this
kind of minimal problem that should have been resolve
long time ago.
