🎀BOOKING POLICY & GUIDELINES🎀
To ensure a smooth and fair booking process for everyone, please read carefully before securing your appointment:
1) Advance Booking Required🩷
Appointments must be booked at least 7 days in advance. This allows proper scheduling and preparation. I do not accommodate last-minute requests.
2) No Rush Bookings❌
Please understand that rush or same-week bookings are not accepted.
This helps maintain quality service and proper time management.
3) 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED🎀
A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.
This deposit is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including:
* Change of mind
* Personal emergencies
* Schedule conflicts
* Failure to read or follow booking policies
This policy is in place because once your slot is reserved, other clients are declined for that time. The deposit serves as a commitment and compensation for the reserved time.
4) Rescheduling Policy (48-Hour Notice Required)⏰
Rescheduling is allowed only if you inform at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Repeated rescheduling may not be accommodated.
5) Arrive with a Clean Face🧖🏻♀️
Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
If you arrive with makeup, additional time may be required or your appointment may be shortened.
6) No-Show Policy🙅🏻♀️
Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will automatically
forfeit their deposit. No exceptions.
7) Late Arrival Policy🥲
Please arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
